Université Du Vin
Provence is excited to announce it's newest event! It's time turn date night or dinner with friends into an educational experience. We will be conducting a monthly "Wine University" the first Wednesday of every month (with the exceptional of July which will be July 10th )at 6:30 pm. Our goal is educate you on the varietal, region, growing conditions, tasting notes and how to pair them with specific foods. Our Chef will be preparing regional cuisine with wines hand selected by our educator. We will be featuring a different region of the world each month. Tickets for wine school will need to be purchased in advance to guarantee a spot. We will allow walk in guests if the room is not already full. Don't miss the opportunity to expand your mind as well as your palate. Classes will be held by Wine Enthusiast Ethan Caldwell, who has been in the industry for over 30 years. We will be featuring different wine regions from all over the world. The price per guest is $49.95 (tax and gratuity not included) Please call to purchase tickets to save your spot.
